I use Reishi sponges and in half a year of using them my hair has stopped falling out, my menopausal complications such as headaches, breast pain, PMS and grumpy mood have settled down. Overall I feel better. But blood values have not changed. I definitely keep using it.

Hello,I am undergoing treatment for advanced ovarian cancer with spread. As a supportive treatment I chose your vital sponges on the recommendation of a friend,which I started taking 3 weeks before starting chemotherapy.And now I happily recommend them everywhere!!! After 3 cycles of chemotherapy I had a follow-up CT scan and the doctor was pleasantly surprised by the result.
