I am reviewing Myco Medica, the best Vital Sponges on the market and I must thank the consultant at Myco Medica, Dr. Lenka Gluvnova for really helping me. I had, I had problems with Reishi I have Insulin Dependent Diabetes and just, I had low blood sugar or Hypoglycemia. And the doctor advised me. So now I don't have a problem with Reishi anymore. I take one capsule daily after meals and one hour after medication. Whoever has Diabetes whether medication and Insulin dependent so I recommend to take really carefully.
