Unfortunately, I don't have a good experience. I took several products on your advice and suffered with diarrhea and severe stomach pain for a month. And the treatment was supposed to be for the stomach. After stopping the problems immediately stopped .I do not know exactly which product did it to me , but I am not going to investigate. The pain was brutal.
