Hello, following the advice from the advice board I started taking MyStress and the tincture of Rising Muddy. I was very pleasantly surprised how quickly it worked. Before that my stomach hurt after every meal I ate, I was on porridge and bananas for three weeks. Almost after the third use of the tincture my stomach calmed down noticeably, and of course my psyche was better.
